Videos

To use the Video function:

  1. Make sure that WiFi is turned on for your device or that you have 3G/4G service for access to the Internet if the video is linked to a website. (If the video is stored locally on your mobile device, no external connectivity is required.)

  2. Tap the Menu Item, Dial, or Link that has been configured for videos.

    Depending on your fleet's configuration, this can be located in a different place, in your application.

    In this example, the video will be selected from the Main Menu.

Tap Back, to return to the Dashboard.

If the Menu Item, Dial, or Link have been configured to run a specific video and auto-play has been enabled, the video should start automatically.

If the Menu Item, Dial, or Link have been configured to open a site with multiple videos, a list of videos is shown.

The video will open in a new full-screen window.

Tap X to exit full-screen view.

 

Tap Back, to return to the Dashboard.

Caution: Use this feature only when stopped. It is illegal in most states to use a hand-held mobile device to talk, text, or watch videos while driving.
